Lincoln’s South Side Children’s Cheer Clinic
Attention all South Side k-5th graders!
The 2016 Lincoln High School Cheer Clinic will be held on Saturday, September 17th at Rails Academy (1000 Porter Ave) from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. The clinic will prepare students for a performance at a varsity Lincoln Railsplitters football game!
The actual performance will be held at the start of the varsity football game against Ankeny Centennial High School at 6:15 (kick off is at 7:00 pm) at Hutchen’s Memorial Stadium located at 2600 SW 9th St on Friday, September 23rd.
The cost of the clinic is $25, which includes:
- cheer and dance choreographed by varsity Lincoln cheerleaders
- cheer clinic t-shirt (shirts will be ordered on September 17th at Clinic)
- pizza and juice at the clinic
- performance at football game
Checks can be made out to Lincoln High Cheerleading and brought directly to the clinic. You do not need to do anything before arrival at the clinic on September 17th.
Participants must be at least 5 years of age. Please wear tennis shoes, and athletic style clothing (jeans are okay).
On September 23rd, the day of the performance, place have your cheerleader arrive at 5:00 pm in the Commons at the Lincoln’s main campus (2600 SW 9th St) to get their shirt and review their routine before heading out to the field.
