Mrs. Wilson’s Science Students Complete Exciting Labs

The AP Biology students are winding up the year by studying animal development. Here the students in Ms. Wilson’s class are utilizing cross-curricular learning by modeling embryo development from the zygote stage through the gastrula stage using Play-Doh and Cling Wrap! They will answer questions using these models as physical representations of their concept attainment. AP Biology students will be taking the AP College Exam on May 13th here at Lincoln Main. A special “kickoff breakfast” will be provided May 2nd in the library for all AP exam test takers.

The students in Forensic Science class participated in three labs covering the topic of Forensic Impressive Evidence. The students printed and measured tire tracks, tool marks, and observed trace evidence under the compound microscopes. Click here to read more.
