Back to School!

As students returned to Lincoln High School this past Wednesday they participated in many icebreaker activities.  In this picture, students participated in a challenge to practice teamwork in Ms. Ellis’ ELL classroom.  Students moved cups across desks using only a rubber band attached to 7 pieces of string. 

The students needed to work together and pull on their strings at exactly the same time, or the cups would not stay attached to the rubber band.  Once the students had the cups moved across the desks, they needed to rebuild the pyramid in order to complete their challenge.
