I have taught Spanish at Lincoln High since the Fall of 2022. I am a graduate from Simpson College, St. John’s University (MN) and Saint Louis University. I was a college professor in Missouri, Montana and Wisconsin. I am originally from Puerto Rico. I have two children. I enjoy reading, playing board games with family and watching movies (from the classics to current movies). I am committed to co-creating a learning experience where all are valued and a deep respect for the dignity of all people is cultivated daily.
I teach Spanish 1 and Heritage 1. I also teach Driver’s Ed at night. I have degrees from University of Texas-Arlington and Buena Vista. I have 4 wonderful adult children. My hobbies include bicycle riding (I live for RAGBRAI), boating and cooking.
