Lincoln Library Resources Being Used By Students

The Lincoln library is being utilized to its full potential as scores of classes are using its resources. Three laptop carts, a media room, and the computer lab all contribute to the extensive use of technology in the classroom. Many textbooks are now cataloged for electronic checkout so that inventory and accountability are more efficient.

The Des Moines School District supports and encourages students to use technology for support of 21st century learning and skills. The pictures taken here are showing four different classes, during one class period, using the library resources under the supervision and instruction of their teachers. Mrs. Donna McCullough, associate, makes sure that the library runs smoothly and effectively.
