Some Lincoln courses have summer readings and/or assignments that are to be completed prior to the start of the 2013-2014 school year. As these assignments become available, they will be posted here. There is currently information for 9th grade English, Advanced 9th grade English, Advanced 10th grade English, AP Language & Composition, and AP Literature & Composition.

Summer AP Prep Program

GEAR UP Iowa is sponsoring an AP summer preparatory program for English, Science and Social Studies. Each It will be a two-week summer program taught by certified AP teachers Monday through Thursday during the Weeks of August 5-8 and August 12-15 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Click here for more information.

Summer School

Summer school is available to Lincoln students after the completion of the 2012-2013 school year. The Lincoln Summer Academy will be from June 10th-June 28th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. There are summer programs available for 10th and 11th grade students as well as seniors who fail to graduate in May.
